患者,男,38岁,曾有青、链霉素、磺胺类、氨茶碱等9种药物过敏史。本次因神经性头痛住院时,曾先后服用过阿托品、消炎痛、颠茄片等,均于服药后30min～6h全身出现搔痒性粟样皮疹,停药服扑尔敏后消失。予巴比妥肌注,6h后全身搔痒继遍布大小紫斑,阴囊出现黄豆大水泡,全身经抗过敏药治疗,局部外用肤氢松、红霉素软膏,逾2周好转不显著,阴囊溃烂。患者主诉外用红霉素后阴囊感烧灼样痛,
