在学前教育蓬勃发展的同时,我们也看到了当前学前教育中存在的严重问题,即父亲对孩子学前教育的忽视和幼儿教师男女比例严重失调,尤其是在经济不发达的中小城市父教的“缺席”尤为严重。因此,提升父亲的教育观念、弥补幼儿园男性教师的缺失迫在眉急,需要社会和幼儿园的共同努力。要提升男性家长的教育观念及参与意识;改变传统观念对男性教师的认识,为男幼师专业成长提供更多平台;挖掘更多社会和男性家长资源介入幼儿园教育。
While preschool education is booming, we also see the serious problems existing in pre-school education, such as the ignorance of father’s pre-school education and the serious imbalance of male and female preschool teachers, especially in the underdeveloped small and medium-sized cities, “Absent” is particularly serious. Therefore, to enhance the father’s education concept to make up for the shortage of male teachers in kindergartens urgent need social and kindergarten joint efforts. To enhance male parent education concepts and awareness of participation; change the traditional concept of male teachers, provide more platform for male kindergarten teacher professional growth; tap more social and male parent resources involved in kindergarten education.
