以500kV同塔四回路西江大跨越工程跨越塔基础承台大体积混凝土施工为例,通过对施工阶段大体积混凝土浇筑体裂缝控制的热工计算,制定了混凝土配合比优化、入模温度控制、整体分层浇筑、“内散外蓄”综合养护等技术措施,有效地指导了施工,成功避免了大体积混凝土有害裂缝的产生,收到了较好的效果。
Taking the large-span concrete construction of Xijiang Long-span Project of 500kV same-tower four-loop large span across the tower as an example, through the thermal calculation of crack control of mass concrete pouring body in construction stage, the concrete mix ratio optimization, mold temperature control, Layered pouring, “internal and external storage ” comprehensive conservation and other technical measures to effectively guide the construction, the successful mass concrete to avoid the harmful cracking, and received good results.
