据悉,我国将全面推行养老金社会化发放,保证离退休人员按时足额领取基本养老金,切实减轻企业的社会事务负担。力争到2000年底,全国80％以上的企业离退休人员实现由社会服务机构发放养老金。
It is reported that China will fully implement the socialized payment of pensions to ensure that retirees receive basic pensions in full and on time and effectively relieve the burden on the social affairs of enterprises.
