学前教育学是幼专学前教育专业学生获得学前教育理论知识,准确把握学前儿童教育规律,树立正确的幼儿教育理念,培植坚定的幼儿教育信念,掌握科学的幼儿教育方法,提高幼儿教师自身的专业素养所必须掌握的教育基础理论课程,也是幼儿教师资格考试《保教知识与能力》的核心内容。然而,调研发现,当前幼儿园普遍反映幼专学生存在的问题很多,这主要与教师资格证考试改革前,幼专学生在校只要通过学前教育理论考核合格就很容易获得幼儿教师资格有直接的关系。这就要求幼专学前教育学教学必须进行改革,探索一条使幼专学生能迅速适应幼教发展需要,成为合格幼儿教师的成长之路。
