目前,保安队伍招人难、留人难现象普遍,保安队员流失率居高不下,严重影响到保安队伍的稳定,制约了保安公司服务质量的提升。影响保安队伍稳定的因素很多,除了保安工作社会地位不高、工资待遇偏低等客观原因,基层班队长的管理艺术在其中起到了非常重要的作用。据了解,一个工资待遇相对较高的值勤点,如果不能为队员提供舒心的生活、工作环境,班长动辙喝斥、打骂队员或者变相克扣队员钱物,其流失率肯定要高;反之,一个工资待遇相对较低的值勤点,如果能为队员提供良好的生活、工作环境,再加上班长具备一定的素质和管理艺术,这个值勤点也会非常稳定。班长在稳定队伍中的作用的确非常重要。济南市保安服务总公司天桥分公司驻天桥区国家税务局保安班三年多没有流失一名队员,在稳定队伍方面做出了突出成绩,积累了极具特色的管理经验。
