采用W_A,W_C两种离子交换树脂和吸附工艺,可从粗钨酸钠溶液中制备高纯仲钨酸铵,此法对磷、砷、硅、钼、锡等杂质均有较好的净化效果,所生产的产品可达一级品国家标准,且产品外形美观粒度均匀。此法首先采用多孔阴离子交换树脂从碱性钨酸钠溶液中吸附钨,解吸液再用丙烯酸型阴离子交换树脂吸附,用氨水解吸,解吸液中的钨浓度高达250克以上/升,蒸发结晶得高纯仲钨酸铵,该法具有以下优越性:1.适应性广可适用于黑钨精矿碱煮液;白钨碱矿煮液,钨中矿、钨细泥碱煮液。2.钨的回收率达99%以上;3.生产成本低、劳动条件好且无污染;4.有机材料消耗少;5.新型吸附钨的树脂,在钨酸钠溶液中
