目的:研究疏肝利胆颗粒水提液的壳聚糖絮凝沉淀工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交试验,以壳聚糖加入量、药液浓度、搅拌速度为考察因素,以芍药苷含量、浸膏得率为考察指标对纯化工艺参数进行优选。结果:疏肝利胆颗粒壳聚糖絮凝沉淀法最佳工艺参数为:药液浓缩至每3 ml含1 g生药,加8%的壳聚糖溶液,以100 r·min-1的转速搅拌。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,为疏肝利胆颗粒的大生产纯化工艺提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the chitosan flocculation and sedimentation technology of Shugan Lidan granules aqueous extract. Methods: The single factor and orthogonal experiment were used to study the purification process parameters with the dosage of chitosan, liquid concentration and stirring speed as the investigation factors. Results: The optimal parameters of Shugan Ligan granule chitosan flocculation method were as follows: the solution was concentrated to 1 g crude drug per 3 ml, 8% chitosan solution was added and stirred at 100 r · min-1 . Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, which provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale purification process of Shugan Lidan granules.
