对马尾松各部位(松树枝、花序、老树皮、松针)中总黄酮的含量进行了测定,并比较不同树龄(5年、10年、20年、25年)的马尾松松针中黄酮的含量,为更充分、合理的开发利用马尾松资源提供参考。采用热回流乙醇提取样品中的黄酮,并采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,510 nm波长下测定样品溶液的吸光度,进行总黄酮的含量测定。芦丁对照品在8~40μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998).结果表明,马尾松老松针中总黄酮含量高于其他部位,最高6.483%,老树皮中黄酮含量最少,20年左右树龄的马尾松松针黄酮含量最高,为提取黄酮的理想天然原料。
The contents of total flavonoids in different parts of Pinus massoniana (pine branches, inflorescences, old barks, pine needles) were measured and the contents of flavonoids in Pinus massoniana pine needles of different ages (5 years, 10 years, 20 years and 25 years) Content, provide a reference for developing and utilizing Masson’s resources more fully and rationally. Flavonoids were extracted with hot reflux ethanol and the content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance and absorbance of sample solution at 510 nm. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in Pinus massoniana Pinus massoniana was higher than other parts, the maximum was 6.483%, the content of flavonoids in old bark was the least (r = 0.9998) , 20-year-old Pinus massoniana pine needles have the highest content of flavonoids, which is the ideal natural raw material for the extraction of flavonoids.
