采用大面积深板层角膜移植治疗 3 1例复发性单疱角膜基质炎病人 ,通过回顾性分析 ,综合评价其疗效。结果 :3 1只眼中有 2 4只眼脱盲 ,视力恢复为 0 .0 5～ 0 .9。按手术的时机把采用大面积深板层角膜移植治疗的 3 1例病人分为两组 :炎症静息组和炎症活动组 ,两组的植片透明率分别为 77.78%和 72 .72 % ,两组术后的植片透明率比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;其长期疗效按植床是否剖切干净分两组统计术后复发率 ,两者的复发率分别为 8.3 3 %和 5 4 .14 % ,植床剖切干净组术后 3年的复发率明显小于剖切未净组 ( P<0 .0 5 )
A large area of deep lamellar keratoplasty in the treatment of 31 cases of recurrent vesicular inflammation of the corneal inflammation patients, through a retrospective analysis, a comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy. RESULTS: Twenty-four eyes of 31 eyes were blind, and visual acuity was 0 .05 ~ 0.9. According to the timing of the operation, 31 cases of patients who received large-scale deep lamellar keratoplasty were divided into two groups: the resting group of inflammation and the inflammatory activity group. The transparent rates of the two groups were 77.78% and 72.72% There was no significant difference in the transparence of the two groups after operation (P> 0.05). The long-term curative effect was divided into two groups according to whether the cutting bed was clean: the recurrence rate was 8.3 3% and 54.14% respectively. The recurrence rate after 3 years of operation in the resection clean group was significantly less than that in the open group (P <0.05)
