在给学生做金鱼尾、青蛙或蟾蜍的舌、趾蹼和肠系膜等实验时,只能看到一些毛细血管和较粗的血管,而要让学生看见毛细血管网及其血液循环是比较困难的。经过几年的摸索,我在蟾蜍的肺泡上看见了毛细血管网及其血液循环,并给学生做了此实验。方法是: 1.为防止弄脏显微镜的载物台,把一块和载物台大小一样的马粪纸钻一个孔,放在载物台上,此孔正好对准显微镜的通光孔。
