采用室内培养试验研究沼液连续浇灌对茶园土壤铅形态及生物有效性的影响。研究结果表明:沼液连续浇灌能改变土壤中Pb的形态,土壤中Pb的离子交换态、铁锰氧化物结合态、碳酸盐结合态向有机物结合态和残渣态转化。沼液连续浇灌各处理铅形态的分布中残渣态含量最高,T_1处理残渣态占54.56%,T_2处理残渣态占60.00%,T_3处理残渣态占60.70%。与对照相比,施用沼液显著降低重金属Pb的生物活性和生物有效性,可使生物活性降低21.26%~22.83%。可见,茶园土壤施用沼液能抑制重金属Pb的生物活性和生物有效性。
The effects of continuous biogas slurrying on lead status and bioavailability of tea plantation soils were studied by laboratory culture experiments. The results showed that continuous biogas slurry irrigation could change the Pb forms in soil, Pb ion exchange, Fe-Mn oxide-bound, carbonate-bound organic matter-bound and residual-state conversion in soil. The biogas slurry was the highest in the distribution of lead forms during the continuous watering of biogas slurry, accounting for 54.56% of T_1, 60.00% of T_2 and 60.70% of T_3. Compared with the control, the application of biogas slurry significantly reduced the biological activity and bioavailability of heavy metal Pb, which reduced the biological activity by 21.26% -22.83%. Can be seen that the application of biogas slurry soil tea can inhibit the biological activity of heavy metals and bioavailability of Pb.
