“全球化”、“地球村”等一个接一个的国际性术语进入我们的视野。为了尽快、更好地适应国际化,为了中华民族的伟大复兴,我们要打造一大批具有核心竞争力的青年领导与管理人才。笔者认为:未来优秀青年领导与管理人才必须具备四种基本素质:身体健康、心智健全、自学能力强、人生追求高;必须遵循三个做人原则:平等原则、尊重原则、宽容原则;必须培养五种意识:责任意识、服务意识、国际意识、环保意识、节约意识;同时还应具有博学的知识与深厚的“软实力”。
One after another international terminology such as “globalization” and “global village” entered our field of vision. In order to adapt to internationalization as soon as possible and in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must create a large number of young leadership and management personnel with core competitiveness. The author believes that the future outstanding young leaders and managerial personnel must have four basic qualities: good health, sound mind, self-learning ability, high pursuit of life; must follow three principles of mankind: the principle of equality, respect for principle and tolerance; must cultivate five Awareness: responsibility, service, international awareness, environmental awareness, conservation awareness; also should have learned knowledge and deep “soft power.”
