分别采用射流微弧氧化和普通微弧氧化处理在ZL101A表面获得了陶瓷膜层。对所获得的陶瓷层用扫描电镜进行形貌及结构观察;用X射线衍射仪对膜层相组成进行分析;研究了两种陶瓷膜层的表面粗糙度和绝缘电阻。结果表明:射流微弧氧化膜层的绝缘电阻较好,同时射流微弧氧化膜层的综合性能也优于普通微弧氧化膜层。
The ceramic coatings were obtained on the surface of ZL101A by jet micro-arc oxidation and ordinary micro-arc oxidation respectively. The morphology and structure of the obtained ceramic layer were observed by SEM. The phase composition of the layer was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The surface roughness and insulation resistance of the two kinds of ceramic layer were studied. The results show that the insulation resistance of jet microarc oxidation film is better, and the comprehensive performance of jet microarc oxidation film is also better than ordinary MAO film.
