以石灰石为脱硫剂在粉粒喷动床内的半干湿法烟气脱硫是一种新的烟气脱硫过程 ,本文研究了操作条件对烟气脱硫效率的影响。结果表明 ,随着Ca/S的增加、饱和接近度及石灰石粉体直径的减小 ,烟气脱硫的效率提高。考虑到石灰石较之消石灰作为脱硫剂在价格和来源上的优势及本烟气脱硫过程所取得的较高效率 ,以石灰石为脱硫剂在粉粒喷动床内的半干湿法烟气脱硫是一种可供选择的烟气脱硫过程。
Semi-wet flue gas desulfurization using limestone as desulfurizing agent in the spouted bed is a new flue gas desulfurization process. This paper studies the influence of operating conditions on flue gas desulfurization efficiency. The results show that the flue gas desulfurization efficiency increases with the increase of Ca / S, saturation proximity and the decrease of limestone powder diameter. Considering the advantage of limestone compared with hydrated lime as desulfurizer in terms of price and source and the higher efficiency obtained in the flue gas desulfurization process, the semi-wet flue gas desulfurization using limestone as desulfurizer in the spout bed An alternative flue gas desulfurization process.
