目的:建立HPLC法测定野苏颗粒中橙皮苷含量。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(19:81)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长283 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:橙皮苷在0.10~1.76μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、重复性好、简便、易行,可作为野苏颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Yusu granules. Methods: The mobile phase was Shim-pack VP-ODS C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (19:81) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ 1); detection wavelength 283 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Hesperidin showed good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.10-1.76 μg with an average recovery of 99.17% and a RSD of 1.4% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, simple and easy to operate and can be used as quality control method for Ye Su particles.
