目的:研究牛膝饮片及其有效成分牛膝多糖对免疫功能的影响,探讨二者作用的一致性。方法:将昆明种小鼠分为空白对照组、模型组、牛膝饮片组、牛膝多糖组及香菇菌多糖阳性对照组,ip环磷酰胺3 d造成小鼠免疫抑制模型,同时分别ig生理盐水及相应药物7 d后测定牛膝饮片、牛膝多糖对小鼠胸腺、脾脏质量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、溶血素、溶血斑以及淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果:牛膝饮片、牛膝多糖均能提高环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型小鼠胸腺、脾脏质量、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数,促进溶血素、溶血斑形成,提高淋巴细胞转化率;与模型组相比,两者均能提高免疫抑制小鼠各免疫指数,且差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05);在本实验用药剂量下(牛膝饮片20 g.kg-1,牛膝多糖0.5 g.kg-1)2者作用强度相当。结论:牛膝多糖是牛膝中增强免疫的主要有效成分。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Achyranthes bidentata Tablets and its active ingredient, Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide, on immune function and to explore the consistency of the two effects. Methods: The Kunming mice were divided into blank control group, model group, Achyranthes root group, Achyranthes polysaccharide group and Mushroom polysaccharide-positive control group, ip cyclophosphamide for 3 days to cause mouse immunosuppression model, meanwhile, Saline and corresponding drugs 7 days after the determination of Achyranthes Pieces, Achyranthes polysaccharide on the thymus, spleen quality, phagocytic percentage, phagocytic index, hemolysin, hemolysis spots and lymphocyte transformation rate. Results: Achyranthes bidentata and Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide could improve thymus and spleen mass, phagocytic percentage, phagocytic index, hemolysin and hemolysis plaque in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide, and improve lymphocyte transformation rate. Compared with the model group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). In this experiment, the dosage of Achyranthes bidentata 20 g.kg-1 and Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide 0.5 g .kg-1) 2 the same intensity of action. Conclusion: Achyranthes polysaccharide is the main active ingredient of Achyranthes root in enhancing immunity.
