通过对3株嗜蜡微生物在壁面上的吸附规律和对壁面润湿性的改变试验、微生物作用对蜡晶形态的影响试验,认为微生物防蜡作用机理符合水膜理论:即微生物在管杆壁面产生吸附,并在管杆壁面生长繁殖,一方面形成生物膜改变壁面润湿性,使管壁的水湿程度增加,油相粘附功减弱。
Through the experiments on the adsorption laws of the three strains of waxy microorganisms on the wall and the change of the wall wettability, the effect of the microorganisms on the morphology of the wax crystals was tested.
