通过控制压力铸造充型速度来改善汽车发动机缸体铸件力学性能,提高发动机缸体铸件品质。采用可编程控制(PLC)控制压力铸造的充型速度,克服了充型过程中速度波动幅度大的缺点。采取MATLAB软件对压力铸造充型速度进行仿真,并与PD控制方式仿真结果进行比较和分析。仿真结果证明:采取PLC控制发动机缸体压力铸造充型速度,充型速度波动幅度较小,充型过程相对稳定。
By controlling the pressure casting filling speed to improve the mechanical properties of automobile engine block casting, improve the quality of engine block casting. Adopt programmable control (PLC) to control the filling speed of pressure casting, overcome the shortcomings that the speed fluctuates greatly in filling process. Using MATLAB software to simulate the filling speed of pressure casting, and compared with the PD control simulation results. Simulation results show that: PLC control of the engine block pressure casting filling speed, filling speed fluctuations smaller filling process is relatively stable.
