铜的多元络合物的分光光度研究工作,随着多元络合物在分光光度分析上的应用日益被人们所重视,而有了较大的发展。所涉及的体系也很多,常用的有以下几种:胶束增溶体系、铜-4.7-二苯基磷菲罗啉-荧光桃红体系、铜-新亚 铜灵-酸性染料体系、以及铜(Ⅰ)-碘化钾-丁基罗丹明B-明胶,OP体系等。它们都具有较高的灵敏度。我们在前人工作的基础上,对铜(Ⅰ)-新亚铜灵-曙红三元离子缔合物的生成条件及萃取光度法测定铜的可能性进行了实验,选择测定的最佳条件,拟定了一个高灵敏度测定微量铜的方法。
