“因材施教”是一种应用广泛的教学思想,这种思想针对不同认知能力的学生,可以帮助学生在知识和能力方面都得到提高。在初中数学中,分层异步教学模式符合因材施教的理念,可以加强学生和教师的交流,构建和谐的师生关系,也可以充分激起学生对课堂的学习兴趣。教师按照学生的个性差异和特点,采取目标分层、学生分层的方式来让每个学生都可以得到明显的进步。
