对镉镍废电池的浸出回收进行了研究.废电池首先经粉碎、焙烧,然后在硫酸溶液中浸出。研究了硫酸浓度、温度、焙烧条件及氧化剂对镍和钴浸出过程的影响.结果表明,镍和钻浸出过程均为表面化学反应步骤所控制,在氧气中焙烧可以显著提高镍钴的浸出率,浸出时加入氧化剂可以加快镍的浸出速度但不利于钻的浸出。
The leaching and recovery of Cd-Ni battery was studied. Waste batteries are first crushed, roasted, and then leached in sulfuric acid solution. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, temperature, calcination conditions and the oxidant on the leaching of nickel and cobalt were studied. The results show that the leaching process of nickel and diamond are both controlled by the surface chemical reaction steps. The roasting in oxygen can significantly increase the leaching rate of nickel and cobalt. Adding the oxidant during leaching can accelerate the leaching rate of nickel but not conducive to the leaching of diamond.
