民主集中制是科学的组织原则。民主与集中是上层建筑内部关系的互相依存的一对范畴,是一个统一体的两个矛盾的侧面。没有民主,人们不能自由发表意见、参与公众事务管理,容易造成决策的悖理和片面;没有集中,便不能将群众分散的、无系统的意见化为系统的群体意志,统一公众的行动步伐。民主集中制同样适应于企业经营管理。培养员工的参与意识、发扬企业内部民主是企业文化建设的一项重要内容。没有培养员工的参与意识,形成民主管理,很难达成价值观的统一;降低了员工积极性,更无法集中员工智慧以保证经营管理的科学性和成功率。但由于企业员工素质高低不同,而且在瞬息万变的市场客观形势面前,责任人或当事者往往需要当机立断,不可能事无轻重缓急都付诸公决,所以不同层
Democratic centralism is the scientific principle of organization. Democracy and concentration are the interdependent categories of internal relations in a superstructure, and they are the two contradictory aspects of a united body. Without democracy, people are not free to express their views and participate in the management of public affairs. This can easily lead to ignorance and one-sided decision-making. Without concentration, it is impossible to turn dispersed and unsystematic views of the masses into the collective will of the system and unify the actions of the public. Democratic centralism also applies to business management. Cultivating employee awareness of participation and promoting internal corporate democracy are an important part of corporate culture construction. Without cultivating employees’ awareness of participation and the formation of democratic management, it is difficult to achieve the unity of values; employees’ enthusiasm is reduced, and employees’ wisdom cannot be centralized to ensure the scientific and successful management of operations.
