目的观察普鲁托品对豚鼠离体心房生理特性的影响。方法利用豚鼠离体心房测定反映其特性的各项生理指标的变化。结果普鲁托品浓度依赖性地抑制心房的自律性和收缩力,加入普鲁托品50μmol/L后10min、20min和30min,左心房的功能性不应期从199.58±15.82ms分别延长至235.00±20.11ms、252.17±19.91ms和279.17±14.81ms,而加入同量的普鲁托品10min后对心房兴奋性无明显影响。该药50μmol/L还可以使肾上腺素诱发左心房节律的阈浓度由药前的10.00±5.16μmol/L增加到100μmol/L以上。结论普鲁托品具有降低自律性、抑制心房肌收缩力、延长功能性不应期,提高肾上腺素诱发心房自动节律的阈浓度的作用。这可能为普鲁托品抗心律失常的基础。
Objective To observe the effects of Pluton on the physiological characteristics of isolated atria in guinea pigs. Methods The changes of various physiological indexes reflecting the characteristics of guinea pig isolated atria were measured. Results Plutamate inhibited atrioventricular self-regulation and contractility in a concentration-dependent manner. The functional refractory period of the left atrium from 10 min, 20 min and 30 min after adding 50 μmol / L of Plutonium was 199.58 ± 15.82 ms Prolonged to 235.00 ± 20.11ms, 252.17 ± 19.91ms and 279.17 ± 14.81ms, while adding the same amount of Plutonium 10min had no significant effect on atrial excitability. The drug 50μmol / L can also make epinephrine induced left ventricular rhythm threshold concentration from pre-drug 10.00 ± 5.16μmol / L increased to above 100μmol / L. Conclusion Plutonium has the effect of reducing self-discipline, inhibiting atrial contractility, prolonging functional refractory period, and increasing the threshold concentration of adrenaline-induced atrial rhythm. This may be the basis of the anti-arrhythmia of plutonium.
