目的:对鸡蛋花中15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷进行含量测定。方法:采用HPLC,使用Kromasil-C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水(8∶92),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:210 nm。结果:15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷进样量在0.257~2.575μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=6),高、中、低浓度组的平均加样回收率分别为104.02%,103.93%,102.01%,RSD%分别为0.72%、0.56%、1.71%。结论:该方法能准确测定鸡蛋花中15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of 15-demethyl Egg glycoside in Frangipani. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid (8:92) at a flow rate of 1.0 m L / min on a Kromasil-C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 210 nm.
