本文对81例伸舌偏斜病人的临床表现、发病原因及其预防进行了探讨。81例中男48例（59．3％），女33例（40．7％），年龄7～72岁，平均年龄59．5岁。CT显示脑萎缩39例，出血性5例，梗塞病变30例，混合性6例。结果发现伸舌偏斜的产生主要同脑血管病，尤其是缺血性脑血管病有关。预防脑血管病之产生即为预防本征发生之关键。 In this paper, 81 cases of tongue deformity patients clinical manifestations, causes and prevention were discussed. Among 81 cases, 48 ​​were male (59.3%) and 33 (40.7%) were female, aged from 7 to 72 years with a mean age of 59.5 years.
