本文以大孔树脂D101、D102经吸附洗脱，薄层扫描法测定心舒通口服液中人参皂甙Rb1含量。收集70％乙醇洗脱液，浓缩后以薄层层析法分离，效果较好。展开剂：CHCl3：MeOH：H2O60：40：10。回收率为99．09％。重现性好。
In this paper, the macroporous resin D101, D102 by adsorption elution, thin-layer scanning method to determine the Xinshu Tong oral liquid ginsenoside Rb1 content. 70% ethanol eluate was collected, concentrated and separated by thin layer chromatography. The effect was better. Developing solvent: CHCl 3 : MeOH : H 2 O 60 : 40:10. The recovery rate was 99.09%. Reproducibility is good.
