上海的基础教育一直坚持边实践边试点边调研的理性方式稳步推进着每一项改革。前不久,上海召开教学工作会议,提出聚焦课堂、提高教学有效性的实施意见。对这一问题的把握,并非一时兴起,市教委在听取广大一线教师意见、走访不同类别学校的基础上,又委托市教研室实施相关调查。最终形成了关于作息时间、教学有效性、课堂改革、教研员队伍、家庭环境等五项调查报告,这些报告从多角度审视了当下的上海基础教育,并作出客观分析。本期刊发其中的一份,供广大读者借鉴。
The basic education in Shanghai has always adhered to the principle of carrying out the reform in a rational way while carrying out research while carrying out the pilot projects.
