采用有限元分析软件对颚式破碎机破碎矿石时机架的力学性能进行数值模拟分析。根据数值模拟结果,分析机架的力学特征,探讨机架破坏的主要原因,在此基础上提出了机架结构优化措施。同时,对比优化前后机架应力场、位移场分布情况,分析优化效果。结果表明:优化结果不仅改善了机架的力学性能,而且为破碎机机架设计提供了参考。
The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the mechanical properties of the frame when the jaw crusher crushed the ore. According to the numerical simulation results, the mechanical characteristics of the rack are analyzed, and the main reasons of the rack failure are discussed. Based on the analysis, the rack structure optimization measures are proposed. At the same time, comparing the distribution of stress field and displacement field before and after optimization, the optimization effect is analyzed. The results show that the optimization results not only improve the mechanical properties of the frame, but also provide a reference for the design of the crusher frame.
