近年来,银川市不断完善城市文化基础设施建设,全力打造特色文化品牌,先后获得全国多项殊荣,但是不容忽视的是,银川市目前还存在着文化形象个性不突出、文化园地缺乏等问题。加快银川特色文化建设、增强文化竞争力、加大把特色文化资源转化为旅游资源的力度,推动文化产业和旅游产业实现“双赢”等无疑成为银川城市文化发展的必选路径。
