山豆根硷体外对大鼠血小板聚集性的影响

山豆根硷(Dauricine)是由防已科植物山豆根(Meaispermum Dauricum DC.)中提取的一种生物硷。实验证明其有降压和抗心律失常作用,作用机制与抑钠内流和钙拮抗有关。由于Ca~(2+)在血小板功能调节中具有重要作用,本实验观察了山豆根硷体外对大鼠血小板聚集性的影响。材料和方法山豆根硷由本校药学系植化教研室提供。二磷酸腺苷为Sigma产品。花生四烯酸为南京生化制药厂产品。胶原自制,取家兔跟腱,剪碎,加生理盐水匀浆,离心取上清液备用。BS-631型血小板聚集仪由北京生化仪器 Dauricine is a kind of bio-germanium extracted from the phylogenetic tree, Maaispermum Dauricum DC. Experiments have shown that it has antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic effects, and its mechanism of action is related to inhibition of sodium influx and calcium antagonism. Since Ca~(2+) plays an important role in the regulation of platelet function, this experiment was conducted to observe the effect of S. candidum on rat platelet aggregation in vitro. Materials and Methods Shandougeni is provided by the Department of Phytochemistry of the School of Pharmacy. Adenosine diphosphate is a Sigma product. Arachidonic acid is a product of Nanjing Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. Collagen was made in house and rabbits were taken to alum, chopped and homogenized with normal saline.
