运用248 nm 激光闪光光解瞬态吸收光谱研究了不同pH值水溶液中酪氨酸光解过程,结果表明,溶液pH 值影响酪氨酸的光电离过程;pH值增大,通过单光子途径的分子增多,而通过双光子途径的分子减少,反之则反。进一步阐明, 酪氨酸光电离的pH 效应源于其酚羟基的电离。
The photolysis of tyrosine in different pH aqueous solutions was investigated by 248 nm laser flash photolysis transient absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the pH value of the solution affected the photoionization of tyrosine. The pH value increased by single photon pathways Molecules increase, while molecules through the two-photon pathway decrease, and vice versa. Further elucidation, the pH effect of tyrosine photoionization stems from the ionization of its phenolic hydroxyl groups.
