随着经济体制改革的深入进行,一批有着丰富实践经验的老干部,由于年龄的问题,退居二线;顺应历史的潮流,一批年青干部由于工作的需要走上了各级领导岗位。农业银行也和其它部门一样,处于新老交替时期,因此,如何选拔和合理使用干部,不仅是一个方法问题,它关系到我们事业的兴衰,关系到我们事业的成败,而考核干部,又是正确提拔和使用干部的基础工作。
With the deepening of economic restructuring, a group of veteran cadres with rich practical experience have taken second place due to their age. In line with the trend of history, a group of young cadres have embarked on leadership positions at all levels because of their work needs. Like other departments, the Agricultural Bank of China is in a period of replacement of old and new ones. Therefore, how to select and use cadres reasonably is not only a methodological issue. It relates to the rise and fall of our cause and the success or failure of our undertaking. Correctly promote and use cadres’ basic work.
