目的:建立气相色谱法测定金银花中百菌清、三唑酮和拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。方法:金银花经粉碎,加入乙腈匀质提取,盐析,60℃氮吹,正己烷溶解,过弗罗里矽柱,滤液在60℃再次氮吹近干,正己烷定容,采用DB-17毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器测定。结果:样品加标回收率在87.2%~108.5.%之间,相对标准偏差在2.2%~8.9%之间,检出限在0.0022~0.045 mg/kg之间。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标满足金银花中杀菌剂和拟除虫菊酯类农药检测需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorothalonil, triadimefon and pyrethroid pesticides in honeysuckle by gas chromatography. Method: Honeysuckle was crushed, homogenized by adding acetonitrile, salting out, nitrogen blowing at 60 ℃ and n-hexane to dissolve. After passing through Florisil silica column, the filtrate was again nitrogen-dried at 60 ℃ and the volume of n-hexane was fixed. Capillary separation, ECD detector. Results: The spiked recoveries ranged from 87.2% to 108.5%. The relative standard deviations were between 2.2% and 8.9%. The detection limits were between 0.0022 and 0.045 mg / kg. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and the technical indexes meet the needs of fungicides and pyrethroid pesticides detection in honeysuckle.
