Many businesses worldwide have difficulty grasping the opportunities associated with their business goals. While downsizing, meticulous management and innovation channel strategies keep companies competitive with their competitors, companies must choose the opportunities that their own resources can provide. Achieving business goals through the optimal allocation of human capital resources requires the joint efforts of technology and market management in the enterprise. This article deals with a model analysis called Opportunity Management.
