采用极化曲线外延法和动电位扫描法测定了合金刷镀层的腐蚀速率和实验E-pH图,对镀层和腐蚀微区进行了X-射线衍射、TEM、EDX、AES、XPS、STM表面形貌和结构分析;阐明其非晶-微晶混合结构特征和耐蚀机理。
The corrosion rate and the experimental E-pH diagram of the alloy brush coating were measured by polarization curve epitaxy method and potentiodynamic scanning method. The coating and the corrosion microstructure were characterized by X-ray diffraction, TEM, EDX, AES, XPS, STM surface morphology Appearance and structure analysis; elucidation of its amorphous - microcrystalline mixed structure and corrosion resistance mechanism.
