用乙酰胺(CH_3CONH_2)和乙二醇(EG)进行混合共熔,获得乙酰胺-乙二醇低共熔溶剂(CH_3CONH_2-EG Deep Eutectic Solvents,简称DESs),在这种低共熔溶剂中,可进行铅锑合金的电解分离获得纯锑.研究了CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的熔点、密度、粘度、电导率等物化性质与其组成和温度的关系;通过线性伏安扫描法测定了1CH_3CONH_2∶2EG DES的电化学窗口为2.63 V.研究结果表明,当EG的摩尔百分数为80%时,1CH_3CONH_2∶4EG DES具有最低共熔点温度-57℃;当温度从20℃升高至90℃时,1CH_3CONH_2∶2EG DES的密度从1.061 0 g/cm~3下降到1.015 3 g/cm~3,而且密度与温度呈线性关系;随着温度升高以及EG摩尔百分数减小,CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的粘度减小,当温度为70℃、EG摩尔分数为50%时,粘度为4.953 mPa·s;CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs的电导率随温度升高而增大,随EG摩尔百分数增大而减小,当温度为80℃、EG摩尔百分数为50%时,电导率为17.63μS/cm.
(CH_3CONH_2-EG Deep Eutectic Solvents, referred to as DESs) were obtained by mixed eutectic with acetamide (CH_3CONH_2) and ethylene glycol (EG). In this eutectic solvent, The pure antimony can be obtained by electrolytic separation of lead-antimony alloy.The relationship between the physical and chemical properties such as melting point, density, viscosity and conductivity of CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs and its composition and temperature was studied.The linear voltammetric scanning method was used to determine the content of 1CH_3CONH_2:2EG DES The electrochemical window is 2.63 V. The results show that when the mole fraction of EG is 80%, 1CH 3 CONH 2: 4EG DES has the lowest eutectic temperature of -57 ℃. When the temperature rises from 20 ℃ to 90 ℃, 1CH 3 CONH 2: 2EG DES The density decreased from 1.061 0 g / cm 3 to 1.015 3 g / cm 3, and the density was linear with the temperature. The viscosity of CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs decreased as the temperature increased and the molar percentage of EG decreased. The viscosity of CH_3CONH_2-EG DESs increased with the increase of temperature and decreased with the increase of the molar percentage of EG. When the temperature was 70 ℃ and the molar fraction of EG was 50%, the viscosity was 4.953 mPa · s. , The EG conductivity is 17.63μS / cm when the mole percent of EG is 50%.
