目的了解绍兴市售婴幼儿配方粉阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法依照GB 4789.40—2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验阪崎肠杆菌检验》和《国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》,经过前增菌、增菌、分离、生化鉴定,对样品进行检测分析,同时对检出的菌株进行相关药物敏感试验。结果共检测114份样品,检出率为12.28%,其中婴幼儿配方奶粉检出率为11.54%,谷物辅助食品检出率为13.89%。检出量为0.36 MPN/100 g~7.5 MPN/100 g。结论绍兴市售婴幼儿配方粉有阪崎肠杆菌污染,婴幼儿存在一定的感染风险,相关部门应引起重视并加强监管力度,以保障婴幼儿的健康成长。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Enterobacter sakazakii, an infant formula in Shaoxing.
