建立了微乳液毛细管电动色谱-激光诱导荧光法测定用NBD-Cl衍生后的肾上腺素和多巴胺的方法。微乳液母液的组成为w(SDS):w(1-丁醇):w(n-庚烷):w(水)=3.31:6.61:0.80:89.28。优化后的分离条件为:20 mmol/L硼酸钠+体积分数为20%的微乳液+体积分数为4%的乙腈(调pH至9.3)组成缓冲液,分离电压20 kV,峰面积和分析物浓度之间有良好的线性关系。应用本方法测定2种中药和风湿性心脏病患者血浆中的肾上腺素和多巴胺,回收率为95.8%~105.6%。
A microemulsion capillary electrokinetic chromatography-laser-induced fluorescence method was developed for the determination of epinephrine and dopamine after NBD-Cl derivatization. The composition of the microemulsion stock solution is w (SDS): w (1-butanol): w (n-heptane): w (water) = 3.31: 6.61: 0.80: 89.28. The optimized conditions were as follows: 20 mmol / L sodium borate + 20% volume fraction of microemulsion + 4% volume fraction of acetonitrile (adjusted to pH 9.3) There is a good linear relationship between concentrations. This method was used to determine the plasma levels of epinephrine and dopamine in two kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and rheumatic heart disease patients. The recoveries ranged from 95.8% to 105.6%.
