以Zn(Ac) 2 ·2H2 O为原料 ,采用激光蒸凝法制备纳米氧化锌粒子 ,并研究了反应条件对纳米氧化锌粒子的粒径、形貌和收率的影响 ,用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明 ,激光功率密度、反应压力、载气种类及流量等反应参数对粒子的粒径、形貌、收率等性能均有一定影响。反应压力越低 ,载气流量越大 ,粒子的粒径越小。当激光功率为110W ,镜距 32cm时 ,粒子的收率最高。
Zinc (Ac) 2 · 2H 2 O was used as raw material to prepare nanometer zinc oxide particles by laser vapor deposition method. The effects of reaction conditions on the particle size, morphology and yield of nanometer zinc oxide particles were studied. XRD, The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results show that laser power density, reaction pressure, carrier gas type and flow rate of the reaction parameters such as particle size, morphology, yield and other properties have a certain impact. The lower the reaction pressure, the larger the carrier gas flow rate, the smaller the particle size of the particles. When the laser power is 110W, mirror distance 32cm, the highest particle yield.
