以梅州市平远县、梅县区、丰顺县收集的18株8 a生刨花润楠(Machilus pauhoi)优树为材料,测定其叶面积、叶缘周长、叶片长、叶片宽及叶片长宽比5个表型性状。结果表明,不同单株间叶片的5个表型性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),刨花润楠叶片表型性状变异丰富。叶片性状变异系数均超过20%,变异系数大小顺序依次为叶面积>叶片宽>叶片长>叶缘周长>叶片长宽比。聚类分析将18株刨花润楠分为4种类型:第Ⅰ类即普通型刨花润楠,包含平远1号、平远2号、平远3号、平远4号、平远6号、平远8号、平远15号、平远16号、平远17号、平远18号,共10株树;第Ⅱ类是宽叶型刨花润楠,包含平远9号、丰顺10号、丰顺11号、丰顺12号、丰顺13号、平远14号,共6株树;第Ⅲ类为窄叶型刨花润楠,为梅县5号;第Ⅳ类是大叶型刨花润楠,为平远7号。
A total of 18 8-year-old Machilus pauhoi trees collected from Pingyuan County, Meixian District and Fengshun County of Meizhou City were used as materials to measure leaf area, leaf margin circumference, leaf length, leaf width and leaf length Wider than 5 phenotypic traits. The results showed that there were significant differences in the five phenotypic traits among different plantations (P <0.01). The phenotypic traits of P. tabulaeformis varied widely. The coefficient of variation of leaf traits exceeded 20%, and the order of variation coefficient was leaf area> leaf width> leaf length> leaf edge circumference> leaf aspect ratio. Cluster analysis of 18 shavings Runnan divided into four types: the first type of ordinary shavings Run Nan, including Pingyuan 1, Pingyuan 2, Pingyuan 3, Pingyuan 4, Pingyuan 6 , Pingyuan 8, Pingyuan 15, Pingyuan 16, Pingyuan 17, Pingyuan 18, a total of 10 trees; the second category is the broad-leaved shavings Run Nan, including Pingyuan 9, Fengshun No. 10, Fengshun No. 11, Fengshun No. 12, Fengshun No. 13, Pingyuan No. 14, a total of 6 trees; the third category is Narrow-blade shavings Run Nan, Meixian No. 5; Run-type shavings Nan, Ping far on the 7th.
