在开放式熔炼炉中熔化了AZ91D镁合金,研究了不同粒度的FeS2和空气气氛中不同含量的Ar对AZ91D镁合金熔炼保护效果。采用SEM、EDS和XRD对保护膜形貌、成分和相组成进行了分析。结果表明,温度为730℃时,加入一定量硫铁矿的保护效果是好的。熔炼温度为730℃,保温30 min时,硫铁矿粒度越小,保护效果越好,但当粒度减小到一定程度时,保护效果反而减弱;随着空气含量的降低,保护效果加强,但当空气含量太少时,保护效果开始减弱。
The AZ91D magnesium alloy was melted in an open smelting furnace. The effects of different particle sizes of FeS2 and different contents of Ar in the air on the smelting protection of AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied. The morphology, composition and phase composition of the protective film were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that when the temperature is 730 ℃, the protective effect of adding a certain amount of pyrite is good. When the melting temperature is 730 ℃ and the holding time is 30 min, the smaller the pyrite particle size is, the better the protective effect is. However, when the particle size decreases to a certain degree, the protective effect decreases. On the contrary, the protective effect is strengthened as the air content decreases, When the air content is too low, the protective effect begins to diminish.
