推行广电集团内部控制制度、完善绩效考核机制,是广电集团管理上水平求实效的必然要求。近年来,为加快推行内部控制制度、提高财务管理水平,进行了一些探索和实践,内部控制制度的建立与完善,对于广电集团的长远发展起着至关重要的作用。到目前为止,广电管理人员对集团内部控制制度的理解较薄弱,集团内部的管理制度不健全,所以加强集团内部控制制度的改革与完善,已成为广电集团改革的当务之急。现就如何推行内部控制制度谈一点设想和建议。
The implementation of the internal control system of SVA Group and the improvement of the performance appraisal system are the inevitable requirements of the SVA Group in seeking effective management. In recent years, in order to speed up the implementation of the internal control system and improve the financial management level, some explorations and practices have been conducted. The establishment and improvement of the internal control system have played a crucial role in the long-term development of the broadcasting and television group. So far, the administrators of SVA have a weak understanding of the internal control system of the group and the internal management system of the group is not perfect. Therefore, strengthening the reform and improvement of the internal control system of the group has become the top priority for the reform of the SVA Group. Now I will talk about how to implement the internal control system.
