微创外科治疗神经肿瘤既要最大程度保护神经不受损害,又要彻底或相对彻底清除肿瘤。这是20世纪末刚发展起来的以高科技为基础的新领域,已经建立的手术平台有锁孔(Keyhole)显微、神经导航和神经内镜等,对于良性肿瘤是以肿瘤组织与正常组织为界面的清除肿瘤;对于无法找到界面、呈浸润性生长的神经胶质瘤还应辅于针对肿瘤发生、发展的分子进行治疗。我国的微创神经外科治疗相对滞后,仅有少数单位已经起步,多数单位尚处在准备阶段,期望本刊特约的专家笔谈对推动我国微创神经外科发展有所裨益。
