保温墙体裂缝的存在,降低了墙体的质量,如整体性、保温性、耐久性和抗震性能。外保温体系是非承重复合墙面,其墙面裂缝的危害主要是水的渗透对保温体系的破坏以及对住户的感观上和心理上造成不良影响。由于住宅工程的质量问题,保温墙体裂缝等涉及的纠纷或官司也越来越多,建筑物的裂缝已成为住户评判建筑物安全的一个非常直观敏感的问题和首要的质量要求。因此加强保温墙体结构研究,特别是保温墙体的抗裂措施研究,已成为国家行政主管部门以及设计、材料生产、施工和房屋开发商共同关注的课题。

Therefore, the research on strengthening the structure of thermal insulation wall, especially the research on the anti-cracking measures of thermal insulation wall, has become a topic of common concern to the state administrative departments and to the design, materials production, construction and housing developers.
