以低品位高杂质含量钼焙砂为原料,采用苏打高压浸出的方法浸取钼。研究了苏打加入量、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度、添加剂种类及用量对浸出过程的影响。实验结果表明:当苏打加入量为矿样的30%,氧化镁加入量为矿样的2.5%,温度160℃,液固比2∶1,浸出时间90 min时,钼的浸出率可达到95.9%,同时硅钼分离系数为25,钼与主要杂质实现了初步分离。该工艺具有操作简单、试剂消耗少、钼回收率高的优点。
Low-grade high-content molybdenum calcine as raw material, using soda high pressure leaching method of leaching molybdenum. The effects of the amount of soda, the ratio of liquid to solid, the leaching time, the leaching temperature, the type and amount of additives on the leaching process were studied. The experimental results show that the leaching rate of molybdenum reaches 95.9 when the amount of soda is 30% of the sample, the amount of magnesium oxide is 2.5% of the sample, the temperature is 160 ℃, the ratio of liquid to solid is 2:1 and the leaching time is 90 min %, While silicon-molybdenum separation factor of 25, molybdenum and the main impurities to achieve a preliminary separation. The process has the advantages of simple operation, less reagent consumption and high molybdenum recovery rate.
