Urinary lead, mercury, arsenic levels of occupational lead, mercury, arsenic poisoning diagnosis and treatment of observation has some value. The current diagnostic criteria, the provisions of the 24-hour urine as the determination, but because of 24-hour mixed urine collection has some difficulties, the workers were inconvenienced, often due to leakage or contamination of urine samples affect the accuracy of the test results Therefore, to explore an easy and accurate urine collection method is of practical significance to the prevention and control of occupational diseases and the convenience of the masses. In the autumn of 1974, we measured urinary lead, mercury and arsenic in three methods: morning urine, 12-hour urine (nocturia) and 24-hour urine .
