本文用CW和TEA CO_2激光器研究了F_(12)(CF_2Cl_2)、F_(114)(CF_2ClCF_2Cl)和F_(22)(CF_2HCl)等碳卤化合物的激光诱导解离反应.实验发现,在激光作用下,这些化合物的解离方式不仅与化合物的性质有关,还与激光的能量密度密切相关;F_(22)的激光解离为一级反应,并存在“瓶颈效应”.
In this paper, the laser-induced dissociation of carbon-halogen compounds such as F_ (12) (CF_2Cl_2), F_ (114) (CF_2ClCF_2Cl) and F_ (22) (CF_2HCl) was investigated by using CW and TEA CO_2 lasers. The dissociation of these compounds is not only related to the nature of the compounds, but also closely related to the energy density of the laser. The laser dissociation of F 22 is a first order reaction with the bottleneck effect.
