通过对GXl2CrMoWVNbN1O-1-1铸件的热处理工艺试验,测定了不同热处理工艺下材料的力学性能。结果表明,在1 100℃正火状态下,试样的强度随回火温度升高而下降,塑性和冲击功随回火温度的升高而上升。综合分析得到该钢优化的热处理工艺为1 100℃正火,740℃回火。
Through the heat treatment process test of GXl2CrMoWVNbN1O-1-1 castings, the mechanical properties of the materials under different heat treatment processes were measured. The results show that the strength of the sample decreases with the tempering temperature at 1100 ℃ and the plasticity and impact energy increase with the tempering temperature. A comprehensive analysis shows that the optimal heat treatment process for this steel is normalizing at 1100 ℃ and tempering at 740 ℃.
