在小零件冲压过程中,往往用压缩空气把从冲模中退出的零件吹至冲床后面的盛具内,以减少辅助时间。但是这种方法必需在有压缩空气的车间才能实施,因而受到一定的限制。在大跃进中我们车间的工人同志发挥了敢想敢于的创造精神,创造了利用冲床主轴代动的吹落零件的装置,解决没有压缩空气也能吹活的问题。现在这种装置又推广到摩擦压力机上吹除锻造时产生的氧化皮,取到了很大的效果。
